No. Intero is a performance coaching platform, not a therapeutic service. We work with nervous system regulation and performance optimization. If you're dealing with clinical mental health needs, we strongly encourage working with a licensed therapist. Intero can complement therapeutic work, but it doesn't replace it.
Daily self-reports (sleep quality, perceived stress, physical load, emotional events, cognitive load) and optional wearable integration for HRV, heart rate, and sleep metrics. All data is used exclusively to personalize your coaching — we don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything else.
Meditation apps teach you to be calm. Intero teaches you to perform under pressure. The methodology is built on 30 years of work with special operations, elite athletes, and high-stakes executives. The AI coach runs the complete Intero methodology — not generic mindfulness scripts.
No. The platform works with daily self-reports alone. Wearable data from any device that tracks heart rate and HRV adds depth to your baseline and makes your protocol more precise, but it's not required to get value from Intero.
