TERO · The daily product

Clarity of action — when you need it most.

TERO is an app and the hardware that makes the read real: a Polar band that builds your baseline around the clock, a chest strap that tells the truth under load, and a coach that has your back 24/7/365. Built for how you actually live — work, training, recovery, the long game.

What you're buying

Not a streak. Not a score. A person who can carry more, hold steadier, last longer, come back faster — and feel it happening.

Carry more

More load before it changes your decisions.

threshold ↑
Hold steadier

Less scatter through the pressure.

variance ↓
Last longer

Thinking that holds up under sustained load.

slope flatter
Come back

Faster and more completely, every time.

recovery ↑
Feel it

Declared and measured, converged into one honest picture.

concordant

A TERO user who's winning reaches for the right instrument without being told, marks the moments that matter, trusts the read, and makes better decisions under real load — because they finally have a look inside.

Clarity of action, where and when you need it most.

The Journey

From download to mastery — the road, stop by stop.

The whole experience through your eyes: what happens the second you open the app, the day you decide, the wait, the day the boxes land, the ten days we learn you, and the loop that follows. This is the road we take you down.

01Before day one

First Open

Download free. No paywall, no gate — the app shows you what a look inside actually looks like, then lets you want it.

02Purchase

The Decision

Pick your Performance Option. One price covers the hardware and your first year — every term in the open before you pay, and 30 days to decide it's for you.

03Day of purchase

Onboarding — meet TERO

Five steps and TERO knows your context, your goal, and your two anchor times — before a single band has arrived.

04Days −2 → 0

The Wait

The two days in transit aren't dead air. Morning Calibration and Evening Recalibration start immediately — building the habit and the felt half of your record.

05The boxes land

Device Sync

A walked-through pairing — what each instrument is for, a charge to full, and the first time the app shows you your own live heartbeat.

06Days 1 → 5

We learn you

The band runs day and night, building your personal envelope — the range every future read is measured against. No verdicts yet, on purpose.

07Days 6 → 10

Understanding → protocol

The envelope locks. The Five Capacities surface on your own baseline, and the ten-day read turns into an action path — not an analysis.

08Day 10 on

The daily loop

The day's read, one thing to do, one moment worth marking, and one honest look at measured-against-felt — every single day.

09Ongoing

Workouts

Capacity-development sessions, not fitness sessions. The effort is the stimulus; the recovery is the read.

10Weeks → months

Measured + felt

Are you improving — and do you feel like you are? Both answered, with the gap between them closing. That close is the deepest win we offer.

11The point of all of it

Winning

Not a streak. Not a score. A person who can carry more, hold steadier, last longer, come back faster — and feel it happening. Clarity of action, where and when you need it most.

What holds the whole way

Six things that never change.

From the first screen to the thousandth day, these hold. They're why TERO reads differently from everything else on your wrist.

Your own baseline

Only you

Every read is against your own range, never a rank against other people. The only comparison that means anything is you, last week.

The read

Not a score

We report a read, an estimate, an index — a look inside. No scores, no streaks, nothing to game.

Honest

About what we don't know

Sound instrumentation, well-motivated constructs — and not yet a validated instrument or a diagnosis. We tell you what we can't claim.

Measured and felt

Both, side by side

What your body did and what you said you felt — with the gap shown. Closing that gap is the point.

The right instrument

Named, every time

A 24/7 band for the trend, a chest strap for the truth under load. We tell you which tool for which job.

Your record

Is yours

The continuous record belongs to you. Sessions are declared by you. Nobody sees your physiology unless you choose it.

The hardware

The right instrument for each job — and we tell you which.

Optical wrist readings alone can't carry a read you'd act on. So TERO pairs two instruments and is honest about what each one is for.

Why Polar

Our founder has worked with Polar hardware since 2004 — through two decades of field use in environments where a bad reading isn't an inconvenience, it's a wrong call. Polar publishes its sensor science, builds the H10 to ECG-grade beat accuracy, and makes hardware we can quality-gate honestly instead of taking on faith. We chose the partner whose instruments we could defend — because every read we give you rests on them.

Polar 360 — the trend

Stays on. Overnight recovery, resting heart rate, round-the-clock beat data. This is what builds your personal envelope — the range every future read is measured against.

Wear24/7 wrist band — built for continuous, everyday wear
MeasuresContinuous HR, beat-to-beat intervals with per-beat quality flags, sleep + overnight recovery (incl. overnight HRV), activity, skin temperature

Polar H10 — the truth under load

Strap up for the moments that matter — a hard session, a hard meeting, a hard conversation. ECG-grade beat-to-beat data, the signal we resolve the fine reads against.

Verity Sense — the flexible one

The armband for when a chest strap won't work. Optical beats are quality-gated: anything the signal can't support is excluded from every calculation — and counted, so the coverage is visible.

Device stats
SignalOptical (PPG) heart rate with pulse-to-pulse intervals and per-beat quality estimates
WearUpper-arm band, or clipped to swim goggles — anywhere a strap won't work

The rule — accurate, or nothing

Your strap sessions teach the optical bands your physiology. After that, a daytime optical read is either corrected toward your true beat-to-beat signal, or it returns nothing when the signal is too noisy to trust. We would rather show you a gap than a number we can't defend.

The daily loop

A day in TERO.

Not a feed to scroll — a decision to make. Every day gives you the read, one thing to do, one moment worth marking, and one honest look at measured against felt.

AM
Morning Calibration

A five-minute anchor, then a declared read: how loaded do you feel, and what kind of load is it? Your capacity for the day lands on your own baseline.

All day
Wear the band

The 24/7 trend keeps building in the background. No effort required.

On demand
Strap up

Declared sessions and workouts — the chest strap gives clean, beat-to-beat truth under load, when it matters.

In the instant
MARK THIS MOMENT

One tap the second load spikes, so the moment is in the record with its physiology attached.

PM
Evening Recalibration

Measured against felt for the day. The gap, named. What to carry into tomorrow.

Overnight
Sleep and recharge

Overnight recovery becomes tomorrow's capacity — the loop closes while you sleep.

The first ten days

First we learn you. Then we tell you something real.

Days 1–5 · We learn you

The band runs and your personal envelope forms — your normal, from your own nights and days. No verdicts yet, on purpose: a read against a baseline we haven't earned would be a guess, and we don't guess.

Days 6–10 · Understanding → protocol

The envelope locks and every read gets a reference. The Five Capacities surface for the first time, and the ten-day read turns into an action path — named practices, real dosing, aimed at the capacity that needs work first. Not an analysis. A plan.

Every day after · Measured and felt

Your declared read and your measured read sit side by side, with the gap shown. Some days they match. The interesting days are when they don't — a day your body carried more than you flagged is exactly the day worth knowing about.

When you want depth · The SRP

The full assessment battery lives inside TERO — the same protocol that runs at osrp.tryintero.com. Take it when you want the deeper look; your daily reads and your profile speak the same language.
