Everything in Foundation, plus the LiveLabs HRV platform and calendar intelligence.
Strap on a Polar H10 before the event, tap start. After you're done, Intero shows you peak HR, rate of rise, time under threshold, HRV suppression, and recovery markers — against your personal baseline.
90-minute HRV-based battery that reveals how your nervous system handles load and recovery. Available on every tier with a 30-day cooldown. Take it to see the baseline you're training against.
The Intero system requires persistent, second-by-second HRV streaming — the kind that only comes from chest-strap BLE devices or the Apple Watch Breathe-session flow we've integrated with. Garmin, Whoop, and Oura produce daily/nightly HRV summaries, not the live RR-interval feed Intero needs for LiveLabs, Baseline Setup, and real-time Available Capacity. If those companies open up raw RR-interval streaming, we'll absolutely add support.
It's strongly recommended — Foundation's Available Capacity number is built from the HRV (SDNN) your Apple Watch captures during daily Breathe sessions and background reads. Without a Watch, the app still works for Tero coaching and the Anchoring protocol, but AC stays uncalibrated.
The Polar H10. It's the reference device we've tested against and the one LiveLabs sessions have been tuned for. Other BLE chest straps will work where they speak the standard Heart Rate service, but expect variance in RR-interval reliability. When the Intero Band ships, it becomes the recommended option at all tiers.
In development. The Foundation tier (AI coach, Anchoring, Available Capacity from a Wear OS source or the Intero Band) will land first. Pro with LiveLabs follows once we've verified BLE timing parity across the Android device fleet.
Foundation trains the practice. Pro measures it. Foundation gets you running the methodology every day with ambient data from your Watch. Pro adds the LiveLabs platform — event-scoped HRV recording during the moments that actually matter (meetings, workouts, training reps, recovery) — plus calendar integration so the app knows what's coming.
No. Every tier has monthly, 3-month, and 6-month billing cycles. The longer you commit, the lower the effective rate. Early Adopter pricing stays locked to the longest cycle you buy during the launch window.
Pick Foundation to build the rhythm. Pick Pro to measure it.
